Return / Exchange Policy
Please be aware of our strict 'no return' policy, and that we offer exchanges only. Our exchange policy extends to 10 days from the day of receipt. If it is beyond the 10 days, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange. But hey, we are reasonable people, give us a call or send us an email and we will try to work something out.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn and in the same condition purchased, and must include the original packaging. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect the exchanged item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
Custom millinery pieces are exempt from being returned / exchanged.

Only regular priced items are eligible for exchange. Unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
