What is your exchange / return policy?
We have a strict no return policy, and only offer exchanges. Unworn hats may be exchanged within 10 days of delivery. Exchanges must include a reasoning of exchange / return. Shipping
How long will delivery of my order take?
Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5-10 business days. International orders are typically delivered within 3-5 weeks, depending upon the destination and customs processing.

Please note that delivery of orders paid via PayPal eCheck will take an additional 4 to 9 business days to allow for the eCheck transfer period.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based upon the number and type of products in your cart. To view shipping costs, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page, select your country and click "Update Your Cart Total".

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to almost every country. To confirm whether we deliver to your country, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for selection.

Cleaning & Care
How do I clean and care for my felt velour / beaver hat?
Remove dust and loose dirt with a soft bristle brush, such as a shoe brush. Start at the left side of the hat and brush gently, in a counter clockwise motion. A lint roll brush works too. If your hat gets wet, shake off the excess water and allow the hat to dry fully, away from a direct heat source, such as a space heater or radiator. Allow the hat to air dry away from heat ensures that the hat will not shrink. To put on and remove your hat, hold the brim in front and back, handle the crown as little as possible. If you follow these important instructions your hat will last a lifetime.

How do I clean and care for my straw hat?
Remove dust and loose dirt with a soft brush, starting at the left side of the hat and brushing counter-clockwise. If you need to remove something sticky, we recommend a damp cloth and dab with water. Do not expose the hat to heat and water. This can cause the material to shrink and become misshapen.

Do you offer repair services?
Yes we offer repair services on our hats, old and new. We offer reshaping, inner grosgrain replacement, retiming, and resizing services. Email karyn@lilliputhats.com for further assistance.
