This fun disc-shaped fascinator is made from our ivory abaca straw, and is finished with a black and white polka dot horsehair bow and contrasting black chenille dot netting, that falls just past the lips. This beauty is lightweight, and held on securely with a thin milliners elastic that sits under the hair at the back of the neck.
